To be honest this cottage is wonderful! We didn't need TV or any other entertainment. The view out of the big screen window is like a landscape channel on TV. Steve and Elizabeth are so friendly and nice. Steve's whisky knowledge is (for a whisky maniac like me) very helpful and his recommended tours through Scotland's Highlands are excellent. What a wonderful place! Beautiful views and undisturbed peace and tranquility. Visit to the Glenlivet distillery is a must - the oldest and the best in the area. A tour of the north coast is a must as well - follow the trail signs and see seals, otters and many birds. This has been one of the best weeks we have ever had. We have had a super holiday here. The sheep and birds make lovely neighbours. We greatly enjoyed our walks in the purple heather, our dog, Meg, does not want to go home to St Albans after her trips up the hills, in the river and on the beaches. The cottage is remarkably well set-up and very comfortable indeed. Golf at Dufftown - no 10 is awesome and the falconry centre was amazing. Having a Harris Hawk sit on your head is an experience. Thank you so much once again for a fantastic stay in Dronach. Your hospitality is excellent, so much so that Dronach feels like home, if only for a week. We visted favourites like Findhorn and Lossie with beaches to die for. Our visit to the Cairngorms was beautiful - to see a mountain so close in its snowy, rugged glory was truly memorable. By pure chance we found Bluefolds on the Internet. We are so pleased we did - it is a gorgeous place - so much so we are keeping this place a secret!! My children saw a hare for the first time and loved watching the sheep and cows daily. Our binoculars were continually busy. Steve has been wonderful and friendly and a real pleasure to meet.
