Dronach cottage is an end cottage of the converted steading building. The steading was built in the 19th century and was in use housing animals until 1992. The builiding is constructed of local stone under a slate roof. It was rebuilt to modern insulation standards in the early 90's making the cottage very warm. The patio doors at the front of the cottage are south facing to enjoy all day sunshine and the stunning mountain views to the Cairngorms National Park seen right. The steading has a fenced garden surrounding it.

Dronach is double glazed with a modern kitchen, electric heating and comfortably furnished with CD/radio player, telephone, digital satellite TV and DVD player. The cottage has a coal fired stove as a feature in the lounge which is much enjoyed by our visitors. Linen, towels and t-towels are included. Cot, high chair and baby bath are available free. Barbecue and patio furniture included.

Ground Floor has a large open plan lounge/dining area, the kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine; shower room with toilet and basin. First floor has 2 large bedrooms each with 1 double and 1 single bed. This exceptional quality cottage has recently been redecorated and re-carpeted and has a very high standard of cleanliness.

Visitors are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs. There is plenty of space for them in the garden and there are many excellent way marked trails in Glenlivet which are ideal for dog walking.
